xtractmp3 is provided for personal use. You agree not to redistribute downloaded content you do not own the rights to. We are not responsible for how you use the files you produce.
Source platform terms
You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of the source platform (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, etc.). Many platforms restrict automated downloading — converting content from them may violate their terms, even when it's legal locally.
Service availability
We try to keep the service running, but provide no uptime guarantee on the Free tier. Pro / Studio tiers include best-effort priority.
Abuse
Excessive automated requests, attempts to bypass tier limits, or patterns consistent with scraping/resale may be rate-limited or blocked.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site at least 14 days before they take effect.
